Tour of Slovenia art contest for kids

Race will visit several Slovenian cities from Lendava to Novo mesto, this is why organizers also created an art contest for kids from primary schools. Topic is clear – cycling race.

Kids can decide which art technique they want to use, they just have to make their art in relation to the cycling race Tour of Slovenia. Teachers and mentors are invited to motivate the kids and make the first selection of best 10 pieces among their students. Commission under the leadership of Leticija Yebuah Slapnik – architect, graphic designer and artist from Novo mesto – will select best three pieces. Winner will be awarded with weekend package for the whole family (half board, 4 members) in Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice. Runner-ups will get Adria Mobil’s goody bags.

Teachers will have to help to coordinate the competition, so it’s only fair to award them as well. Winner’s mentor will be awarded with weekend rental of the Adria’s motorhome, runner-ups will get practical awards.

Rules of the art contest:

• Open contest for kids in the primary schools – from 5th to 9th grade,

• Contest is open till 11th June,

• Topic: cycling race Tour of Slovenia,

• Technic: not specified,

• Teachers will select best 10 pieces on the school, and send them with the full name of the author, name of the school, class and name of the teacher,

• Best pieces have to be send to Cycling club Adria Mobil: Kolesarski klub Adria Mobil, Zaloška cesta 20, 8000 Novo mesto – art contest,

• All received pieces will stay in the property of Cycling club Adria Mobil,

• Winners will be selected on 20th June,

• Selected pieces will be published on the official website www.tourofslovenia.si, team’s social media platforms and in the official publications of the Cycling club Adria Mobil.
