102 cyclists have won a total of 142 stages of the Tour of Slovenia. Cyclists from 23 countries celebrated the stage victories. 28 Slovenian cyclists are on the top spot with 52 victories.

Among Slovenian victories is also a victory on the (so far only one) team time-trial, that was part of the first edition of the race in 1993 and took place in Krško. Record for most stage victories is firmly in the hands of Boštjan Mervar that won a total of 7 stages. Robert Pintarič & Borut Božič follow with 4 stage victories.

Gorazd Štangelj was fastest on the prologue time-trial in Novo mesto on the 1993 edition – so he holds the title of taking the first Slovenian stage win on the race. Last Slovenian stage winner was Luka Mezgec in 2019; he was fastest on the second stage from Maribor to Celje.
