Giweaway Rules – in collaboration with the Slovenian Tourist Board

In cooperation with the Slovenian Tourist Board, we have prepared a giweaway through which one of you will win an I Feel Slovenia cycling jersey. The prize game takes place from May 22 to May 29 on the official race profile on Instagram.

RULES OF THE TOUR OF SLOVENIA INSTAGRAM GIWEAWAY

1. Organizers of the prize game
The organizer of the prize game is the Cycling Club Adria Mobil, Zaloška cesta 20, 8000 Novo mesto, as the organizer of the Tour of Slovenia race and administrator of the Instagram profile @tourofsloveniaofficial. The co-organizer of the prize game is also the Slovenian Tourist Board, Dimičeva 13, 1000 Ljubljana.

2. Purpose of the prize game
The purpose of the prize game is to promote the I Feel Slovenia brand and the Tour of Slovenia, as well as to increase follower interaction on the Instagram social media platform.

3. Duration of the prize game
The prize game takes place on the Instagram profile @tourofsloveniaofficial from May 21, 2025, to May 28, 2025, until 11:59 PM.

4. Conditions for participation
All adults who meet the following conditions may participate:
• Like this giweaway post.
• Comment on the post answering the question: “Which Slovenian destination would you like to visit the most?”
Participation in the giweaway does not require a purchase.

5. Prize pool
Among the participants, we will draw one winner of an I Feel Slovenia cycling jersey. The winner will choose the size of the jersey, which will be sent to the provided address.

6. Selection of winners
The winner will be selected by a random draw among all participants who meet the participation criteria. The draw will take place no later than June 1, 2025. The organizer will announce the winner in a comment under the prize game post and contact them via private Instagram message.

7. Claiming the prize
The winner must send the organizer their information (name, surname, email address, phone number, and tax number) within 5 days of being notified about the prize. If the winner does not provide the information within the required time, they forfeit the prize, and the organizer reserves the right to choose a new winner. The prize will be sent to the winner within 1 month after all information is received.

8. Tax obligations
The value of the jersey does not exceed 42 Euros, therefore the prize is not subject to tax according to the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

9. Limitation of liability
The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues during participation in the prize game caused by interruptions on Instagram or other issues beyond the organizer’s control.

10. Protection of personal data
By participating in the prize game, participants agree that the organizer may use their personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize game and fulfilling obligations related to awarding the prize. Personal data will not be used for other purposes or shared with third parties.

11. Changes to the rules
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the prize game if required for legal, technical, or commercial reasons.
